Swish – An Epic Rap Song for Basketball Visuals

Producer and musician GES & recording artist/producer Jackson Whalan have finished an album called Vocal Points. The album is dropping in 2025, and Swish is the very first single. This track comes out just in time for the beginning of basketball season, a sport that both artists love.

The song came together in the studio and was inspired by the energy of the beat that GES produced. GES (Gregory Somerville) is the live show playback engineer for Logic, The Kid LAROI, Megan Thee Stallion, and many others. You can hear those inspirations in the production. Jackson Whalan has worked with KRS-One, Rittz, and other seasoned rappers while releasing, touring, and consistently honing his craft. Jackson pushes his boundaries lyrically on this one. On the whole album, Jackson is exploring new sounds and breaking new ground as an artist. Jackson’s recent sync placements with All American (Netflix), Xfinity, Monster, and more, have propelled his independent success to a new level, along with the momentum he is building online and at shows.
